During Confederate President Jefferson Davis’ imprisonment following the defeat of the Confederacy, Pope Pius IX sent a picture of himself to Davis with the hand-written inscription: “Come unto me, all ye who are weary and heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Along with this picture, the pope sent a miniature crown of thorns which he had woven with his own hands. Such a gift, said a great niece, was “never before conferred on any but crowned heads.” Robert E. Lee, pointing to his own portrait of Pius IX whistling Dixie, told a visitor that he was “the only sovereign…in Europe who recognized our poor Confederacy.”

DIXIE WEEPING

     In case anyone didn't know, according to the Heritage Foundation The South provides the military for the nation of the United States.

     The South is over represented among military recruits. It provided 42.4 percent of 1999 recruits and 41.0 percent of 2003 recruits but contained just 34.6 percent of the population ages 18-24. In addition to confirming the strong Southern military tradition, we also found an exceptional tendency for lower than average military participation in New England. One might expect the state where the 911 attacks took place to respond with higher enlistment proportions. On the contrary, New York's enlistment proportion ratio was 0.86 in 1999 and 0.79 in 2003.

     Therefore, The South supplies the sons and also the daughters to fight America's corporate wars.  Southern blood soaks into the grounds of far away places in order to fill the lusty greed of Sheshack's appetite. The warning of The prophet Isaiah echos loudly:

"Therefore my people are gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge: and their honourable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst."

     While the finest Southern men and women fight and die for the corporate whore of Babylon, their families are rewarded by the beast of  Tyson foods who give their jobs to illegal invaders. The prophet was right, our people have "no knowledge."

     Can no one hear Dixie weeping for her children?

SOUTHERN STORIES

     Many people contact me and tell me of their lives and their family's  lives in The South. Much of these stories go back to the days after the war of northern aggression and even before. Constantly I say to them, write these things down because they are very important to the Southern cause and history. Often I get the answer: " I can't write well" or "I've never written anything before." To that I wish now to answer--do the best you can, and send it to me. I will be happy to edit it and structure it into something that is understandable and readable. These stories are important to all Southerners both black and white and especially to those families involved. Do not let them be lost due to your lack of literary ability. I will do the work. Don't be ashamed, I will make sure that it is saved for posterity. Email your stories to me even when they may contain things that are seldom talked about or looked upon by outsiders as something to be suppressed. Send the good and the bad. Help us save our history.
